Mission Statement
The Staten Island Civic Association of N.Y. is committed to being an advocacy group for all of Staten Island, serving as an umbrella organization for the Island's civic organizations.
As a community based group, we invite elected officials, and speakers from all walks of life to update the community on developments relating to our Staten Island Family.
SICA's focus will center on infrastructure, quality of life, adequate medical facilities, and insuring that the voices of all Staten Islanders are heard and addressed.
